2014 is set to be a very exciting year for DoubleOne 3 as the much anticipated development comes to fruition.
The year is off to a great start with construction progressing well and the structure now topped out at Level 8. Over the past few months, the following works have been completed:
- Structure complete
- Power has been connected
- Apartment windows and glass doors are complete up to Level 6
- Tiling to bathroom and balconies in all ground and level 1 apartments
- Walls and ceilings complete in apartments up to Level 6
Works currently underway or programmed for the next couple of months are as follows:
- Lift installation
- Painting to commence on all ground and Level 1 apartments
- Removal of scaffolding and crane
- Floor finishes throughout
- Ceilings and partitions throughout Levels 1 to 5
- Joinery installation throughout Levels 1 to 5
